2. Platform Rules and Acceptable Use

The popwin platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only and must not be used for any commercial, fraudulent, or unlawful activity. You agree not to attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated bots or scripts, or engage in any behaviour that disrupts the fair experience of other players. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the platform's software, design, or content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. You must not use the platform to launder money or conduct any financial transactions that violate Philippine law or international anti-money laundering regulations.

All games and betting markets available on popwin are intended for entertainment. Results are determined by certified random number generators or live event outcomes, and popwin does not guarantee any specific result or return. You acknowledge that gaming involves risk and that you may lose funds placed as bets or wagers. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions

All deposits made to your popwin account must come from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction. popwin processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any verification requirements that apply to your account.

Funds held in your popwin account are not interest-bearing and are held solely for the purpose of facilitating gaming transactions on the platform. You may not transfer funds between player accounts. popwin reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, popwin may request additional documentation before releasing funds. All transactions are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated, and any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the account holder.

5. Responsible Gaming

6. Suspension and Termination

popwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that a player has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, popwin may freeze account funds pending investigation and report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities. Players whose accounts are suspended for rule violations may not be entitled to a refund of any remaining balance, depending on the nature of the breach.

You may close your account at any time by contacting popwin support. Upon closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to an active investigation or pending verification will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard processing times. popwin will retain your account data for the period required by applicable Philippine law and regulatory obligations, even after account closure. Reactivation of a closed account is at popwin's sole discretion and is not guaranteed. If your account was closed due to a self-exclusion request, reactivation will only be considered after the exclusion period has fully elapsed and a cooling-off period has been observed.

7. Limitation of Liability

popwin provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any part of the service. While we make every effort to keep the platform running smoothly, we cannot guarantee that the service will be free from technical errors, downtime, or interruptions, particularly during scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. popwin will not be liable for any loss of funds, missed betting opportunities, or other damages arising from platform unavailability, provided that such unavailability is not the result of our gross negligence.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, popwin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. popwin is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits popwin's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence. If you have a dispute regarding a transaction or game outcome, you must raise it with our support team within thirty days of the relevant event.

8. Changes to These Terms

popwin may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, applicable Philippine law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
